Thank you so much for this video! I tried foam rolling once and not knowing how to position my body for each muscle group made it really exhausting so I stopped. I love that you showed positioning in this video, I am definitely gonna try foam rolling again and I know it’s going to make a huge difference in my flexibility journey!! :)

Or maybe you’re just not used to it and that’s why it is so challenging for you. Why would you call yourself lazy when something new doesn’t feel natural to you on the first try, don’t beat yourself up. Obviously stop and check if you’re using the right technique when it is painful. Uncomfortable is okay, painful is not.
