Thank you so much for this video! I tried foam rolling once and not knowing how to position my body for each muscle group made it really exhausting so I stopped. I love that you showed positioning in this video, I am definitely gonna try foam rolling again and I know it’s going to make a huge difference in my flexibility journey!! :)

I have had a foam roller for some time and already did the back and hamstrings. Thank you very much for the extra exercises and the tips on what to pay attention to. And wow those thighs are sensitive!

Auti is so strong and she makes that "supporting with your abdomen" look so easy but it's not it hurts it hurts so bad or maybe I'm just lazy 💀 but as usual love the video and thank you 😊

Or maybe you’re just not used to it and that’s why it is so challenging for you. Why would you call yourself lazy when something new doesn’t feel natural to you on the first try, don’t beat yourself up. Obviously stop and check if you’re using the right technique when it is painful. Uncomfortable is okay, painful is not.

Hi! I wanted to ask if it was ok to roll your shin (the meaty, outer side) to the front of the foot? I feel like that area is really tight especially when I point a lot :(

Hey!! So how do I know what kind of foam roller is right for me? For example, how do I know what density that’s good for me when I’ve never purchased one. I know that’s a complicated question haha. Thank you for any help you can provide!!
