This video is awesome, I am doing it every day and taking photos once a week and I can see the improvements already! I am quite inflexible so just wanna say for those so inflexible you can't put your hands on the floor, and lose balance in your stretch, yoga blocks really help! But I'm hopeful I won't need them soon! Lol

This stretch was amazing, I been wondering for a while why my splits haven't been improving but after doing this once I saw a huge improvement. Thank you so much!!! I wish I would have knew about you when I first started on my dance journey :):):)

One right here too and believe me I’m legitimately ready to cry out of frustration, as I have what feels like 2/100% of flexibility on my _ENTIRE_ right side; I also don’t turn to the right naturally at all!!! It’s kinda ruined my motivation and I’m horribly scared to even try out for anything anymore. 🤦🏾♂️😰

This might be a really silly question (bc I'm just trying to learn by myself at home) Should I do this warmup and stretch before my workout in the morning or afterwards? Or this routine before my workout and a little stretch cool down after as well? And if I massage ball/foam roll/use tiger balm should I do that in the evening before bed? Sorry for the silly questions, I just want to follow your videos optimally 😋🙈

Loved this . Where to start -I started my split journey 3 months ago. I had medium flexibility anyways I started with very light stretches then mild then intense .(they helped a lot) abt a week ago i reached the floor but I was sooo excited but the next day I lost them ever since my splits are just like i started literally Idk what happened maybe I strained them but Im just quite sad. But I trust God and well we will see what happens. But if someone has an answer plz HELP -i tried this routine today really nice I feel stretched but not in pain.or exhausted . I wanted to find a routine like this after I do my splits but that is another topic. Anyways i think ill do this one for 3 days from now on .And the very intense one only one day. ( I hope u get what im saying). Im very thankful for this routine. God bless you stay safe💚😘
@jennifermunoz73753 жыл бұрын
Wow this was 4 months ago amazing how far Ive come. My splits are way better now Ive been doing a light routine for two weeks but then I had to take a break because of period 😑but anyways Im starting today again with these stretches that are a bit more intense than the ones I was doing a week ago because I was reintroducing my muscles to stretching Im actually surprised how close to the floor i am I thought I was going to be worse. I Think my injury has healed completely . I cant wait to keep sharing my journey because im not GIVING UP also I started an ab challenge and it hasnt affected my splits just so if anyone was wondering if it does affect your splits. Anyways bye and God bless you all
