Focaccia Bread Rolls | Focaccine | Merita's Bakery

A crispy chewy crust and moist and fluffy inside, really there is nothing like focaccia bread freshly made.
You will be pleasantly surprised on how easy is to make them, and trust me you will love them as much as I do!
There you go with the simple ingredients for 10 focaccia rolls :
150 ml lukewarm milk
100 ml warm water
1 tbsp sugar
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
5 g dry instant yeast
400 g all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
Salt flakes
Brush on top with olive oil and water while they are still warm
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C
They also freeze beautifully.
