Every time I read your book and I come here to watch your videos the more I realise how much I need help and how I have been completely disconnected in myself throughout my life. Bring on May

Thank you. Just thank you. So very much thank youness.☺️ I am more grateful than I can express in words that I finally decided to hit play on a video from your emails. I have had your teachings on the fringes of my peripherals knowing that one day it would be the right time to dip my toe in but have steadfastly withheld myself from dabbling until I felt ready to fully submerge allowing a deep dive into your offerings because I could tell it was going to be profound and needed to be the right moment to obsord it all. Lacking the usual preambeling internal decision making I hit the link in almost a floating motion of a pure physical reaction of intuitive instinct and was suddenly awash in the intense rightness of finding myself in the place and time for something that will be life changing. So thank you. By the way I have never left a KZbin comment before and tend heavily towards being a lurker rather than a poster in all my media dealings (despite being home bound and connecting with the outside world entirely through internet) but I was obviously deeply compelled to voice my relief and enthusiasm to begin this learning and practicing experience.❤️Xx

@@Morso.mertal thank you for your message. Unfortunately, my diary is completely full, however, you can find details of the therapists that I have trained on my website ruthslchiles.com . They will help you with all you need.

Hi Ruth. I got your book and have begun the attunement exercise. I have focal hand dystonia which seems to have begun 6 months after bicep surgery. They cut the long bicep tendon and let it drop into the arm. Are your exercises and method going to help or cure with this being the root?

Hi Mark, it is difficult to say the level of improvement that you will gain. This method does not resolve physiological injuries to the body. However, when there are injuries and when the body has undergone surgery this often leaves a protective response in the muscles. That can be the complete cause of the fd or it can be exacerbating the impact of the injury.
