色々ネイティブのコメント見た結果、CNとENは感情を割とストレートに表現してるみたいだね。 JPとKRの表現の仕方はかなり似てるっぽい。KRフォカロルスはネイティブからすると、本当は人間として生きたかったし、死ぬの怖いけどそれを内側に隠して笑ってるように感じるらしい。 そのコメントを見た時日本と同じだ！って思った。 しかも韓国人がその後に「これはとても繊細な表現だからネイティブにしか通じない」って書いてあってもう共感の嵐。

i personally LOVE ray chase's voice for neuvi, but when i found out hiroshi kamiya was his JP voice i HAD to keep using JP. at first, i wished they went in a deeper direction with JP like they did with EN because he sure as hell is capable of that (i'm looking at you, levi ackerman) and at times his voice felt too high especially when compared to EN, but as the story went by kamiya's voice suited him just as much. JP is more gentle and cold while EN gives more of that high authority judge vibe. both have their own merits and are equally great.

JPはどんな時でも公平で公正で平等に、感情的にならず客観的で中立な立場から全てを裁いて見届けるっていうヌヴィレットの無意識の意思と、それでも抑えきれなかった感情が息のわずかな震えと必死に抑え込もうとする呼吸から伝わってくる。 感情の波が極めて小さいヌヴィレットらしさも交えつつ、感情芝居をする。これは神谷さんにしか出来ない繊細な演技。 他の方も言ってたけど、それぞれの言語話者が自言語が一番！ってそれぞれの需要を満たせる声優が1番凄い。他言語の声優を乏しめるのはバカバカしいし無駄。そんなことする暇があるなら自言語の声優さんを褒めちぎりなさい。そっちの方がずっと有意義。

Feels like this is something lost in translation here, considering how CN Neuvilette is the only one that seem to have this bitterness or anger in his voice. Like he is angry at the heavenly principles for her hypocrisy also for causing the chain of events that ended with both Focalor's death and Furina's 500 years of suffering.

I loved the distinction between focalors and furina in the EN voice. The voice actress not only is very skilled, but she also understood the difference between them. This voice acting gave more depth to the archon quest's theme of "human" vs "divine", what makes someone with divinity different from someone without, and what the divinity really represents, and why gods could endure their longevity and knowledge. When I heard the dichotomy between how calm and omniscient the hydro archon sounded, and how human furina sounded, I felt even worse for her. It must have been hell trying to act like a being on a fundamentally different level from you.

Agreed, the impact of knowing the gap between their divinity and humanity really sticks, and it truly feels that Focalors is her own person. While the other versions were good in their own rights, my impression is just they are a calmer and wiser Furina (which is also true, but I still think Furina and Focalors should be fundamentally on very different levels)

ugh focalors and furina are the same person i dont think changing her voice like a mommy was a good touch. Focalors had a different voice similar to furina during the narration at the end of neuvillette's story quest. I think they changed the voice direction last minute

I think that all the VAs did such a wonderful job expresssing different emotions that the characters could be feeling, like focalors being terrified, yet also happy because her people don’t have to suffer anymore, neuvilette feeling angry, bitter, remorseful, conflicted, his voice trembling, the VAs managed to convey different emotions one might feel about what’s happening

각 나라의 버전을 듣고 어색하다고 생각된건 없었습니다. 각 나라마다 푸리나의 목소리 톤마다 처형 전 어떤 감정을 가지고 있었을지 추측하는 재미도 있는 것 같아요. 폰타인 마신임무를 보면서 영화 한편을 본 듯 여운이 깊게 남아 지금도 찾아보고 있습니다. 정말 훌륭한 스토리였고 끝난게 아쉽지만 다음 스토리를 기대하며 꾸준히 원신 흥행하길 바라겠습니다!

All of the VAs did a great job, but the Chinese and Japanese versions literally gave me goosebumps. English is my first language, but I speak Japanese and play with that audio so I was already familiar with how the scene goes in that version. Neuvillette's JP VA did really well at conveying the emotions others have pointed out were present in this moment, but perhaps more subdued than other VAs which I feel fits both Japanese society (as it was localized for) and the character as I came to know him. Such an emotional scene T_T

To me English VA is the best despite Chinese being my mother tongue. Her tone and acting skills perfectly captured the complicated emotion and personality of Focalors/furina. I can even feel she trembled a bit and regret when she spoke about fear being the similarity between gods and human. She's a true legend.

But Fontaine's quest are the most biggest and clearest of it being biblical and the whole plot of suffering for the people, a god sacrificing themselves to cleanse humanity's sins, furina being able to walk on water etc is a "messenger" of god, Noah's ark. So so many. Hence why this quest is so much more references to the bible. You don't see the other archon quest doing these lol
