Focus ST225 Milltek Ultimate install

The Mod every 5 pot needs!!!
Today I install a FULL (ain’t no cat backs here!!) exhaust system on my MK2 Ford Focus ST225.
This is a full 3” Milltek system and boy does it sound the 🐕 🥜.
Never I have ever installed an exhaust on a car before so this was a huge learning curve taking me 2 days and many swear words to complete but the end result is 100% worth it!!

Plenty of mods to come on the ST as well take it to stage 2 AND with something cool in the pipe line it’s definitely worth a subscribe (do you not think?!?!?!)

Had this one on my ST, bought it from UK. I thought being a Milltek it would be legal (non UK). But it is not. Only product from Milltek for ST, with homologation papers is Sport model. Everything else has no TUV and it can't be used (legaly) in most EU countries.

Hi you shouldn't need the cheat device for the sports cat as the EML light wont come on unless you have a decat! and for note even with a decat if you load Dream science MOD XRS you wont get Eml light either as it is deleted from the Map! Happy days! When you fit the stage 2 intercooler get some 440 injectors and and they will suit the MODXRS Map better and the bhp should be around 320 to 340bhp

So I read mixed things about running a sport cat and the EML light so decided to air on the side of caution and decided to get a cheat value, I’ve just got a stage 2 intercooler which will be in a up coming video so make sure you hit that subscribe button 🤙🏻

I agree , no need to use the 90degree lambda cheat with sports cat. I had the cheat when I had a decat got rid of it and got dreamscience sports cat 100cell and the sensor is straight in and it runs spot on the readings are perfect. 👍🏼 good stuff on the exhaust makes a huge difference downpipe n the cat section make all the gains

@@BamMotors If you are running MOD XRS the eml is written out so will not show!

@@BamMotors Shouldn't mate as long as the lambda in the downpipe is reading correct you should be all good especially with 200 cell cat 👍🏼
