Great vid. Is there a rubber bush in the bracket bolted to the gearbox that the long bolt goes through that can wear?

Great vid. Is there a bush on the mount ? I ask as I have a hardrace one and wondered if the bush can be replaced or the whole mount replaced.

have to replace the whole mount with hard race as its part of it

The clunking noise could that be when changing gears mostly in 1,2 and 3 sounds like its under the center

Nein, tut mir leid, es passt nicht. Sie können jedoch eine verbesserte Buchse für einen Volvo S80 kaufen, der zum Mondeo 2.5T passt. Der Versand würde Sie viel kosten, da wir in Australien sind, aber Powerflex in Großbritannien wird nach Deutschland versenden. Powerflex-Teilenummern PFF88-1030 für oben und PFF19-1925 für unten :)

I’m getting heavy vibration after replacing all the mounts, but only below 1k revs (i.e. at idle). Is this normal for new mounts or could this be an issue with engine alignment?

If all of your mounts are in good order, It could be an issue with your motor. Check for misfires.
