Sorry to hear that. I'd recommend staying active in such times. When you pushing yourself through exercise during hard times it makes you mentally and emotionally stronger. Next time it see it as an opportunity to grow

@@shai6134 hey, i know exactly what you mean by the stress. just wanted to maybe suggest, even just doing 5 or 10 minutes is good. i have the same issue, i think i need to do a full 20 minutes or some super hard workout but i'm shooting for just a few minutes to get the blood flowing.
