Your tips are helping! I'm actually getting some rides! I'm stoked! I feel 13 years old again! Thanks man!

The learning curve is a finesse FEEL thing ~ It's so obvious now after seeing this that the angle of attack and absolutely correct set up is very sensitive. I've endeavored to construct every component of the kit (masts, foils, fuselage(s) ,board(s) as I'm an experienced composites guy. I'm just gobbling up all the details that I can find. You seem to be alert to the need for these aspects to be shared. I've not even tried any foiling but I'm a few years into the whole kiting thing and it's like riding a bike once you get it tho it can take seemingly forever. Being in the right place makes all the difference.

It's always an awesome day when we get a ClayIsland video 🤙. I wonder if an adjustment system will be developed that is at the base of the mast for easier adjustments. Fantastic video, great to see you on the water ripping it up.

Try adjusting the rear wing, move the trailing edge closer to the bottom of the board. This will create more lift, board trim will change with more weight on the front foot.

I think a longer mast would help.

What is the size of your board ? Good job man...

This board is an 8'4". Thanks. I have found these longer boards fly better with more attention to setup.

@@clayisland I got my 8,9 SUP, have adapted the foil there.....I feel ready to try it. I put the fin boxes perpendicular to a board surface.

Dude you're changing the wrong angle. The correct angle is the Foil end so the back of the moment mast is lifted up. All your doing is changing the angle of the Board connected to the foil. The foil always rides at the same angle. Hope this helps I've been through the same learning curve.
