1. 2 eggs.
2. 2 tablespoons of sugar.
3. 200 gr. cottage cheese 5%.
4. 1 medium carrot.
5. 1/2 lemon zest.
Mix all.
6. 200 gr sour cream.
7. 3 eggs.
8. Some salt.
8. A little ground pepper.
10. Mix all ingredients.
11. Place a layer of mini tortillas in the mold.
12. In turn, pour the curd-carrot mixture.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
The combination of carrots and cottage cheese is wonderful. Cook for yourself and the whole family.
