This zucchini recipe is so unusual that I can cook it almost every day! Super recipe.
Ingredients:
1. 1 zucchini weighing 300 gr.
2. 130 gr. cheddar cheese.
3. 30 gr. parsley.
4. 2 eggs.
5. 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
6. 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper.
7. 0.5 teaspoon of sugar.
Mix the ingredients.
8. 5-7 tablespoons of sifted flour (see the consistency).
9. 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
10. 50 gr. vegetable oil.
11. 150 gr. warm milk.
12. 20 gr. vegetable oil for the pan.
Mix the ingredients again and bake pancakes.
Pancakes cook quickly, do not stick to the pan, very tender and airy. Kids are always asking for more. Try this recipe, you will definitely like it.
