I know that a lot of times if you feel “fat” especially when your a teenager please remember that these model diets may be unhealthy bc your still growing and your body needs more food to be strong and healthy. Health is so important take care of yourself pls (this is something I’m also working on tho😂🥰☺️)

And to everyone out there whose weight isn’t budging just remember that muscle weighs more than fat! I got hurt a few months ago so haven’t been able to exercise how I did before, so while the number on the scale has gone down, it’s because I’ve lost so much muscle weight. So I’m pretty much the same size as before, but have lost lots of tone and some muscle weight :/ So I know the scale can help some people as a frame of reference but remember it’s not the most important thing! Don’t take your strength for granted !!Can’t wait to start exercising again 💓

@Vivien Bissell Just start incorporating more movement into your life, do dancing videos or walk more. Find one exercise you enjoy and find balance in food (do NOT cut out a bunch of food it will lead you to binging) but ur beautiful at any weight or size

Yes!! If I'm honest, thin doesn't necessarily equal healthy. As somebody with CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) at the height of my illness I weighed around 6 stone and I was extremely thin. Many of the girls in my school were jealous but I felt extremely ill ALL THE TIME. Some people can exercise and stay fit yet they don't lose much weight. This is why I always emphasises only exercise to stay healthy, not to lose weight xx

when you were getting really hungry, its probably because you did harder workouts which means your body needed more that’s probably why you were so hungry the 2nd and 3rd day than the other days

I understand you are working on improving yourself, but your also young and still developing. Worrying about your weight as much as you are is not healthy. You shouldn’t have eating chocolate or a treat uncommon or make you feel bad about yourself. Live your teenage years to the best ability you can, because when you look back you will regret being worried about your body image so much. I love you and please stay safe ❤️

No hate at ALL, but considering your height weight and age, the amount of food you ate probably wasn’t satiating you because that’s not enough nutrition for your body. I’m not in anyway a nutrition or dietitian, but I have done a LOT of research on nutrition and you probably weren’t feeling that satiated because you needed more calories, especially considering how many calories you burned while exercising and intermittent fasting.

I understand your concern completely! My dad isn't a certified nutritionist or dietitian, but he's studied both concepts for years. When eating whole and lean foods such as vegetables and lean proteins like chicken, the protein to size ratio tends to be smaller. This is because whole and lean foods satiate us and give us enough protein, in smaller portions! Its just a matter of getting used to this' ratio' and finding different recipes that are healthy, yet delicious! And if you feel the need to size up your portions, or protein intake, and later ease into smaller portions, that's completely ok! (no hate or contradiction intended!) much love- greta

Hey Annie I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and I just wanted to say that it’s not healthy to count the calories you are burning or consuming it is very easy for that to turn into a cycle without you even realizing it and it’s very hard to break I know cuz when I first started it was just to see but it turned into something very hurtful and obsessive for my mental health anyways I love your videos and I’m glad you are taking care of yourself at such a young age you inspire so many young kids and even adults or teens 💕 srry for the rant 🥺

i totally agree. sometimes these videos worry me as the is only 14 and still growing up and changing. she should not at all worry about calories in any way, or what she is eating. balance is key and i hope she knows that. plus she had sad before how she is eating super clean one day because the day before she had smores. i just hope she is ok.

Honestly yeah! I feel like until youre over 18, you shouldnt worry about your body size or weight unless they go dangerously unhealthy (obese or very underweight) I love Annie but sometimes her health videos concern me especially her feeling guilty for eating junk food! And as someone who is near Annies age it really scares me that i personally need to calorie count and work out to burn a certain amount of calories. I hope Annie gets to enjoy herself as a kid!

i would recommend measuring instead of weighing yourself if you want to track it! you probably gained muscle mass so it wouldn’t be fair to judge yourself based on the scale! much love 💕

When you're on your period, you bloat and gain weight. It's completely normal. You're much hungrier during your period. That doesn't mean you're overeating its just how women work.

hi Annie! I love your videos and have been a loyal subscriber for quite some time now. I know you are trying to lose weight, (not that you need to, you're body looks very healthy) but I just want to make sure you don't become obsessed with some of the things your doing like fasting or dieting. As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder and still struggles with it, I know how easy it is to go from losing weight in a healthy and safe way, to becoming obsessed with working out, eating only healthy foods, counting and burning calories, and feeling guilty if you don't do those things. I am not in any way trying to tell you how to live your life, I just want to make sure you're ok because you're a beautiful girl who i don't want to ever go through the things i went through. Please don't take this in a negative way. I hope you're staying safe much love, your fan ALSO: i know you were doing this diet for the video but multiple times you said you were hungry, please know that we would rather have you eat if you're hungry than stick with the diet for the content, this was a very big red flag to me for disordered eating and want to make sure you're eating enough

hey annie! just a tip for snacks and meals. Make sure you incorporate some fats with snacks like apples and almond butter. It helps you to stay full for wayyy longer. Also adding carbs to dinners and stuff because you need carbs for energy and if you deprive yourself you're more likely to binge. I understand this is a diet, but whatever you try should always be sustainable. You're so inspirational, especially with listing to your body and waking up early. Love you Annie :))

I love your videos and how healthy you eat and take care of your body! I don’t know if it was just for the challenge or if this is what you normally do, but I would suggest having rest days in between your workouts. Working out intensely everyday is not good for your body because it does not give your body time to rest. Maybe only do weights 3 times of week and if you are wanting to do stuff in between those days then just go for a walk or do yoga. Something relaxing. Since you worked out everyday that could be why you didn’t really get results. Love you!

are you going to reverse diet? you’ve been on a calorie deficit for a while and I know sometimes being in one for too long can slow down ur metabolism.

I am not a professional nutritionist so don't take my word for it but this is my thoughts.: I don't think anything is wrong with you craving more food. Not everyone will be satisfied with certain meals. For example, it may be diffierent for everyone but you may have done an intense workout and you would probably need to eat more because you need more energy but there are other reasons as to why as well. Also it doesn't mean nothing is wrong with your body. Edit: It's always okay to give into your cravings of chocolate as long as everything else is balanced out or if you have enough calories. Also I know it is apart of a challenge but outside of that it's okay to switch everything up if you're dieting, like you don't need to have salads everyday or chicken everyday. You can season it differently or have a side of vegetables or something else you enjoy as long as it's healthy or whatever.

Hey Annie! Love your videos!! One thing I recommend is when you do these types of vids to also measure. Measurements tell the story better than the number on a scale💜 just a reminder your beautiful and so is your body and personality

Omg Annie I’m not joking you’re getting so much skinnier during quarantine and I STAN! Most people decided to eat horrible and not care what they look like when they come out but not you! You’re such an inspiration ❤️ Edit: there’s nothing wrong with eating unhealthy every now and then, I wasn’t trying to say it’s not okay not to be skinny or anything, I was just loving that she was making an effort to be healthy in a time where so many people aren’t and trying to be an example for so many! Sorry, just needed to clear things up!

it’s good that she’s getting healthier, but please don’t food shame/body shame people who aren’t eating healthy during quarantine. it’s a stressful time for many, and it’s ok if they eat more during this time. gaining a bit of wait isn’t a bad thing!
