I am from Belgium and live in Taiwan for 16 years now and the food here is trully amazing. It is a never ending evolution. Also, farmers here, are trully engineers. They have transform fruits, changing their shapes and taates always aiming for better. Amazing fruits, foods and people. Taiwan, I love you...I live here and I will die here! Thanks to all the hard work of these chefs, farmers and market salesmen, we are able not only to eat but enjoy fresh and delicious food!

Yes food in Taiwan so yummy and delicious the very first time I really don’t know how to cook traditional of my Taiwanese employers that was very hard for how I cook for them but every time I’ll go market I saw some yummy food then I’ll take a picture and I’ll try little by little now absolutely I tell my self I am very good cooker hehe
Wszystko wygląda smakowicie i z pewnością tak właśnie smakuje 🇹🇼 Wszystkiego dobrego.Smacznego! Pozdrowienia z 🇵🇱🕊️ #Balance #Relations 🤝 #Stability #Culture #Education 🙏
After watching the Bite of China series by CCTV and the Japanology series by NHK, I decided to see if there were any such videos about Taiwanese food. And thats how I ended up here. Tbh I hope to see other fellow Asian countries hop onto this bandwagon. Or, at the very least, hope that someone would load such series onto KZbin. Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, etc. Would be awesome to be able watch English dubbed tv series about their national cuisines.

Lena Chen I assume you've tried it?
@bukchoiii7 жыл бұрын
I've tried it, the vegetable and the gelatin texture is what makes it, also you add a bit of ketchup and hot sauce to it, you can technically make it at home, just look up a recipe online, its not hard to make, basically a scramble egg with oysters veggies and corn starch.
@MindyMa6 жыл бұрын
Although one can make oyster omelette at home, it is hard to reach the temperature to make it fresh and crispy at the edges. And each stand's special sweet-vinegar-spicy sauce is really great with the omelette.

Just so the foreign viewers would not be fooled, "Beef Bowl Restaurant" by Tony Wang is pure hype and over priced. Its location, where is an expensive neighborhood, is mostly its reason of success. There are hundreds of way tastier beef noodle restaurants just in Taipei City alone.
