Only Nepali food I see is momo, dal bhat and chiya. Rest are fusion food. I hope there were more Nepalese food covered in the show. what bothered me more, was there were more talks than focus on actual food. Food should have been the main focus.

karma bhotia have great resturant as a ower however he try to explain his's best sal roti. unfortunately said naan, naan is not nepalese sell roti naan mean is, that is a indian bread. rest of all alright. i know karma bhotia was coming from originally Tebetian citizen. they came from tebet around 1959. when china took over tibet. they are all call bhotia is second name. anyway well done Karma bhotia. you are a great man.

I hate it when they cut open a momo and the whole sauce just pours out on the plate. It is supposed to be put in the mouth in one piece and then chew while the sauce pours out from the momo in your mouth.
