American Diner wasn't very good. We talk about how bad it was in our Encore vlogs also. Coco's was great. Though we had an issue there too the second time we went back. We still have to do our recap videos, se we will cover that issue there. Thanks for watching!

Please do not be discouraged about the food on this cruise based on this video. What is featured here is not a full representation of what is offered and this passenger’s selection is utterly basic. There are diverse options served on this cruise.

It amazes me that people watch the video with the title "What WE ATE on The Norwegian Encore" and they some how think that because they like to eat other types of foods that somehow our video is wrong or incorrect LOL! This is a review of the food that WE ATE not what you or anyone else would eat. At no point did we say this is all they have to offer on the ship. We simply showed our experience with what we chose to eat. Should we choose to eat seafood or foods we dont like and then give a bad review on those foods? Im pretty sure if we did that and said that the lobster or fish was awful, you would be just as upset. We chose items we normally like to eat. So if we didn't think the items were good and it is something we like to eat on a regular basis, well thats a more true representation of our experience. and again our video does not claim to be a full representation of everything they offer on the ship. It is a review of what we ate.

This is amazing! It's just like Bliss as far as restaurants, I can't wait to get in Encore and try all these places, Ocean Blue was our favorite, but Q Texas Smokehouse was not what I was expecting, let's see! Thank you for sharing! Good job!

Nice review and very informational for our upcoming cruise on the Encore. Just an FYI, creme brulee is and should always be served cold. The wife is a pastry chef.

Thanks for watching! Keeping it real. The food for most of the cruise was pretty good. The speciality dining on NCL is always excellent and we don't often have a bad meal in in a speciality restaurant. Of course American Diner was a disappointment. I hope they have improved the food there since our sailing. Enjoy your cruise, I am sure you will have a great time. We have never stayed in Haven, but have heard excellent things about it. Enjoy!

couple from buffalo here. glad you enjoyed the wings, they looked a little soft and rubbery, and breaded???!? looking forward to giving them a try when we sail on the encore next year :)

I didnt see the seafood on your vlogs, did they have the seafood buffet on your cruise?

They did have the crab legs and the jumbo shrimp on our cruise. We are not big on seafood. There were a lot of people taking advantage of it though. As I understand they only offered it on the initial inaugural sailings on the Encore. Thanks for watching!

Were the Garden Cafe breakfasts served all days or until a certain time?

Only served during breakfast hours. If I recall correctly, breakfast usually ends sometime around 11am-noon. May depend on the day (port day vs sea day). Thanks for watching.

thank you for sharing your honest review. Was the food served hot? I just got back from a Disney cruise and the food always came out cold, slightly warm at best. I was not impressed with Disney food

Thanks for watching. I would say that the food was always hot. Though our cruise was probably less than 50% capacity, not sure how it would be now with Caribbean cruises at higher capacity with more people to feed.
