Well, you can try to substitute the dagublad with baby spinach, just don't blanche it, add it as is. Anita Scheepmaker Hoi Anita ;) Leuk dat je erbij bent ;) De pinda sambal zelf kan ik niet maken, die koop ik altijd in de toko of ik laat het halen. In de video laat ik overigens wel zien hoe je de brokken oplost in kokend water en daarna licht en al roerend aan de kook brengt... zo ontstaat de befaamde pindasaus ;)

DameRoyal My dear, this Indian guy, also from the homeland, made one yukky runny ass sauce and he drained the veggies in it... it looked like a mud slide...! Thanks for the kudos ;)
