Nope but I had pig ear Chinese style. they have awesome flavor and they aren't stewed down. The texture is more cartilage crunchy/chewy. Looks like you guys had fun another cool video Chet

Been to Lou’s and Big Apple In. The pig ear sandwich was good. Had it along with the sausage and wish I got more of the pig eat honestly.

Well Chet, I'm looking forward to seeing you in the town of Addison on July 3rd for the July Fourth celebration. You and your family will love it. And if you get there you can see the flight museum at the Addison Airport. Or your girls and your wife can go see the Mary Kay Museum. And you can visit a restaurant called The Magic Time Machine. Outside of Camp Shelby, Jackson is the largest outdoor firing range in the state. Avoid at all possible after dark.
