Yes, we include those with each sandwich and meal. We give 3-4 bones and we cut up the rib tips from those servings and add them to the sandwiches/meals.

Been there done that and the requests still come back to the old faithful 3. After years of serving the votes are in. Also if you add Cole slaw and potatoes salad then you now have to regulate hot and cold temps for your food. What sides would you suggest that we add for a BBQ menu?
