Food truck needs a tow! (Mac and Cheesy)

Food Truck Courts are incredibly popular in Central Oregon. They are usually 5 to 10 food trucks that lease a space at a brewery, or dedicated food truck park, and they stay there permanently for the duration of their lease. Being as they hardly ever move, a lot are trailer, most aren't even registered for the road, and some don't even run at all. Quite a few have even had the drivetrain stripped out to make more room for the kitchen equipment. When they do need to get moved, they simply get towed from site to site. Junior's Grill is a truck that specializes in Mac and Cheese combinations, and needed to move from a brewery in La Pine, to Bevel Craft Brewing in Bend. So I took my @NRCIndustries 40TB down and got it moved for them

I’m impressed with how prepared the customer was. I do home remodeling and I am always surprised by the variety of preparations or lack there of by my customers despite knowing the date and time of my arrival. Most people don’t think about the fact that I have a truck and trailer to park, tools to set up etc.

Nice job, plus you hopefully helped PLS Bend a little. I still think that you should accept a little payment to at least help cover fuel, but that is just me. Your time is very valuable, but your fuel is a fixed cost. Thank you for what you choose to do with the You Tube money, especially for those folks that may struggle to pay another tow company. Also, I realize you are a contract company for large trucking firms and rental agencies. It is awesome that regular folks are benefiting from your policy. Maybe relocate to Arizona ,where I live, and pull people out that think they can cross washes that run after our monsoon storms occur.

Nope, because there was no ratchet strap holding up the driveline. Those are single use cable ties that I leave in place.
