Best food I have ever had bar none was in Bahrain.. And Indian cooks.. For less than 10 bucks I had 5 star food delivered to me and it began my obsession with Indian food. I am sorta a chef and Indian food is the hardest to replicate.. They are geniuses of food. Thai food easy.. Mexican easier, Italian too easy.. But Indian F me NEVER the same. I spent 200 bucks on green and black Cardamoms, Garam Masala, saffron, to Gee butter still... never the same as Bahrain.

Had you not been there,this 26 year old Indian living in Germany would have had really tough times. Btw, my european friends love your food.Brits are ok with the spice level,but for others i make it less spicy. Thank you Mr.Kapoor,you are doing a great job.
