Yes please..any other flour than white..because whole wheat or oat are more challenging to get raised than white.

Flour made from exclusively oats is gluten free. You’d get a brownie batter texture rather than fluffy bread. You can experiment by substituting 20% of the total flour weight with oat flour for a different taste.

Just to be clear, it HAS to be butter and not margarine? I’m going to make a vegan version of this and I want to be sure because vegan butter and vegan margarine have different bases.
