Awesome Job, it's the end result for me and the tip on letting it rise in the pan to about 2/3 above the pan. Thanks for that tip. Keep up the good work I truly enjoy this method. Blessings to you and your team!!!

Yes please..any other flour than white..because whole wheat or oat are more challenging to get raised than white.

Looks totally delish, but can i use olive oil instead of butter? And would oat flour give me this kinda beautiful texture?

Flour made from exclusively oats is gluten free. You’d get a brownie batter texture rather than fluffy bread. You can experiment by substituting 20% of the total flour weight with oat flour for a different taste.

Just to be clear, it HAS to be butter and not margarine? I’m going to make a vegan version of this and I want to be sure because vegan butter and vegan margarine have different bases.
