Stunning review pal! Family run, authentic food with tradition. You can't beat it! A far cry from these hipster hang outs where you pay £6 for dirty fries made soggy with cheap American liquid cheese. Love the content

I felt the sincerity in this review from Joe. Indian/subcontinental cuisine has to be up there with the best food in the world, bar none! Great review, really enjoyed that :)

Hi there I usually have what you’ve just had and I’m wanting to go tonight! The food is fabulous and the way they honour my favourite to chef makes it special, just as Rick honoured them. My only criticism, but I’m fussy, is the chapatis. I wish they were better but the curry makes everything right. Fab review. Thank you 👍

Nice to have place like that which is open in daylight lol. All the Indian restaurants around me open only for late dinner.

This curry was a million miles away from a takeout we had. It was a container that was 50% Ghee with hardly any meat. Obviously playing up to the cameras 😞

Saag with chapati on the side. Exactly what I usually order when I have a curry!
@benwu79806 ай бұрын
A lamb saag or a chicken jalfrezi, were always the first things I'd try when ordering for the first time. The jalfrezi is a little subjective since gets cooked differently. It would only be after a place passes the test on those, that I'd start going through their more extended menu. I was lucky enough to have a huge amount of different places that would deliver to where I worked.

Hi, does anyone know if the meat is on the bone or not in that curry? Thankyou

Dude - you really need to be taught how to eat with chapattis - it’s laughable - they’re not wraps - you use them on your hands to pick up food ffs - it’s not hard.

Looks like it's stuck in the late 70's. I don't like the way that Indian restaurants are non specific with 'meat' and 'chicken'. Chicken is meat. Is it leg or breast? They say mutton too, so that's not lamb then? So confusing.
