Thank you very much Mam...this is one of the finest video one could ever hope to get while going through the process of weight loss.. Summary :- 1) Take honey one tsp at night or 1 tsp honey in one glass milk at night, 2) Chiaseeds soaked for half an hour, mix it in a glass containing half of squeezed lemon water, 3) Cummin (Jeera) water...jeera should be soaked overnight, 4) Cruisiferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, Brockley etc 5) Nuts & seeds soaked overnight in morning breakfast... Additional Notes :- 1) Have a sound sleep, 2) Eat four times a day, 3) Walk twice a day morning and evening, Best of luck to everyone for their weight loss journey...

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss.

Digestive system, hormonal issues, diet, stress etc can cause these issues. Avoid large meals, Don't overcook your vegetables, eat only when hungry, allow your food/meal to digest properly before eating another meal. Digestive enzymes and probiotics can help. You need to build healthy digestive and gut health.

Eat a healthy diet lots of veggies and fruits, water , avoid fried food, do not overcook your veggie curries and don't use oil for frying, use a little water instead. Eat smaller portion of bread and rotis, if you are eating breads/rotis have small portion but add lots of veggies with it. don't eat late at night. If you can find digestive enzyme supplement, then you can take one before meals and probiotic supplement as well. If you don't have probiotic, then yoghurt will do.
