I think we should take organic meat / marungai, seaweed, fish, eggs, fruits, green leafy vegetables, , lentil , do exercise and sleep well and drink green tea instead of coffee

Wrong information! Raisin iron doesn't absorb much at all. Bananas aren't good source of magnesium, it had potassium, but high in carbs which is bad for menopause and insulin resistance.

Raisin helped my iron a lot, it always worked, soaked overnight and having empty stomach next morning

Weight training is excellent for increasing bone density. I don’t like too much dairy as I don’t think it’s actually that good for you so I work out every day instead. Raisins are also high in sugar as are bananas. Totally agree with chickpeas though 😊

Bones are made of 12 main minerals and 62 trace minerals. Bones don't have just calcium. This is wrong information
