What a fantastic idea! My dad and stepmom we're in the restaurant biz for 30 years. They are in their 70s now and love seeing me cook cool things. They don't do Thanksgiving at home anymore but I WILL be making them a small feast with these
@SirGenWilliamThomaz6 жыл бұрын
To make the souffles not to deflate, just leave then to cool with the oven door open. This way they don't contract with the ambient temperature, and they will achieve they perfect temperature while they cool down in the oven with the door open (if you are not going to bake anything after the souffles you can do this).

I was able to make these soufflé after watching this recipe, and it turned out great. Everyone who ate them they loved them 😋 Thanks for sharing this method and recipe 😋
@JamesCAsphalt8Ай бұрын
what size ramikens did you use? Did you use these exact portions?
@armandorios4032Ай бұрын
@@JamesCAsphalt8 Hi! I Kidd you not=) I was so lucky my girlfriend at the time, she had the same exact ramekins to use :-) so it was all a success. Just as shown on the video 2:27 And I poured the same amount as shown on the video. The only thing I did different was to serve it with our guests, favorite flavor of ice cream on top, once the soufflé was cool down(warm) and we had three choices. And I mixed the ice cream with Cool Whip to make it fluffy. First stirred the ice cream really well then add the Cool Whip stirred-it fluffy and immediately put it on top of the soufflé and it has to be eaten immediately. Otherwise it would get a little runny. Of course, this is something to enjoy on special occasions only, because it turns out very sweet 😋

TheGodshatter Flæskesteg is a porkroast with crispy, salty cracklings on top, served with potatoes and gravy. Risalamande is like the best part of christmas, it’s cold ricepudding mixed with whipped cream and slivered almonds, and then topped with warm cherry sauce 😍 And æbleskiver are a sort of spherical pancakes with jam and powdered sugar on the side! I definitely think you should give them a try!!
