At first i looked at this Jaguar and i didnt knew what to think, but just the attention to details, the way its all custom made, simply all the effort put into making this the dream car of its owner, its beautiful. You guys complaining about this "yeah the wheels are big" "standard" should get yourselves a Jag and build it the way you want it to, this belongs to his owner, its his car, if he wanted he could handle it to freaking West Coast Customs and they would put 22 inch dub wheels, scissor doors, a pep boys wing, ice cream machine to the back and a pool in the interior. As far as custom made cars go, this is incredible.

I really like Chip's take on a classic that is hard to improve on. I love the concept of the wheels being a wire style billet wheel, however, I think the design would flow much better if the wheels themselves were 2" smaller in diameter and had a fatter sidewall on the tire. I love how the mirror posts were blended into the windshield frame looking like a single piece, but I think the mirrors are a bit thin for function, some classic round or even better - bullet style mirrors would have been awesome! My absolute favorite design elements though are the grille, lower air scoop, and the hood scoop reminiscent of a Ferrari 250

Couldn't agree more Josh. Low profile tires are not at all suited to this Jag. But easily remedied, for about $20,000 or so.

I think you are right on target; most of the work on this car is truly spectacular (and I am fine with the dainty mirrors!). The paint finish and the interior are beautiful. I appreciate the work that went into making a billet wire-style wheel but they are really disproportionate to the car and take away from what is an excellent rethinking of the E-Type. Smaller wheels with more sidewall would have been perfect but as they are it is disturbing. I love Chip Foose's work so I am surprised by this.

This is very clever however as a Brit I think this has been Americanised - the original looks simpler and more iconic this is too slick. Great finish and detail though :)

Who won the war, Mr. Brit? Yes, we did against 500 to one or greater odds, maybe we were to Americanized for you when you went running home with your tail between your legs, and a musket up your, well you know. Another Grand Slam design Home Run by the legendary American designer, Mr. Chip Foose!

@@ALLEYOOP77 Yes and if it wasn't for the Brits you would be speaking Spanish or French by now. Yes, Chip Foose is a genius and he has created an incredible car,, but without the Brits the car he did his glorious work on would not exist and he'd be weaving his magic on an AMC Pacer

This car was produced by a British Nationalised company. By the people for the people! I don't even know who owns Jaguar now. Probably not the USA anymore. But definitely not us Brits.
