I get foot cramps if my feet get cold! I wear thick socks to bed and even layer with slipper socks in the winter. I haven’t heard much about temperature and cramps … thoughts ??? Thanks ☺️

Thank you for a fantastically helpful video. I have been suffering with toes cramps for a few years now (usually after exercise) and Drs are baffled as they think the only explanation is lack of salts. My salts are checked & fine, but I see that my feet are remarkably flat. Not one of these Drs have thought to look at my feet or refer me on to someone who specialises in feet. I will go out and buy a pair of arch supports & see how I get on. I don't fancy the exercises though as that move triggers my cramp. Thanks for your film. Appreciated.

This is very interesting! My arch cramps always happen when my foot is extended downward. I would get horrible foot cramps during a scuba class I took, because you really extend your foot and toes downward to get the maximum benefit of the fins while in the water. Have any advice on how to help this?

Wouldn't it be better to get barefoot shoes to train my feet muscles
@Footankle2 жыл бұрын
That is certainly an option but you have to increase their use VERY gradually. Start with just 2 minutes on the first day and increase your time in them by no more than 2 minutes each day.
