Hi Taro, I have spasticity affecting my leg muscles only (worse when getting up from sleep and long sittings). I occasionally (on and off it seems) have a pointed toe on my left side, which means dragging my foot or compensating with my hip until I'm too tired to do so. The left leg doesn't respond as fast as the right. My lower back does begin to pain at times due to prolonged ( 200-300m )walking or standing. My balance is compromised as well. If I concentrate, I can get up stairs without handrails, however I wouldn't chance coming down without handrails. Unlevel ground is also a challenge. Is there something that you could suggest that might help any of these symptoms? I currently ride an exercise bicycle to improve stamina (20 min) and do the "donkey kick" exercise to improve balance.(P.S. I've been for a brain and cervical MRI and a lumbar punch with no findings. Still undergoing neurological examination. My layman suspicion is a mini-stroke) Thankfully, there's no pain except for muscle tightness. Your response will be much appreciated.

This is like foot reflexology. It will make us feel good. The feet have all the acupressure points for all the nerves and the internal organs in our body, and so do the hands. If we take care of our hands and feet through massage and acupressure, we are on the road to good health. Thank you teacher.

Thank you. I've only just discovered this video. I'd love to see more foot videos. I've just done your 14 day hips challenge (Sandy H) - maybe you could do a foot challenge next?

As I have gotten older, both big toes have started crossing over the next toe.🤞😭 I have been wearing a toe spacer at night to help but I’ll add this to my morning routine.

How often is best for these exercises?every day?

Hi Taro. Thank you for this great lesson. I would like to ask you a question. I had started to develop bunions and my big toes were fusing with my other toes so I couldn’t move them separately and I was losing the feeling in the big toes. I started using toe separators and trying to exercise my big toes separately.. At first it was wonderful when I began to get feeling in my big toes again but now with exercising the abductor muscles to move the big toes away from the other toes I have pain in the big toes. I don’t want to give up wearing the separators because I want to stop the bunion from developing. I have been gently massaging the abductor muscles and would be sorry to give up exercising them but I fear that may be responsible for the pain. What do you recommend please? Thank you. Patricia

Your camera should zoom in. It’s very hard to see what you are doing in the distance.

Close up would be better. I can hardly see the foot let alone the toes.
