Excellent video. I would like to ask you something. If we want to assing a scout to two different assignments (e.g hot prosect + replacement for) but n the same region is it proper? Will it work?

it's your personal preference what you want to search i like to sign young players, the results won't be many if you put many specifications to your search but the world knowledge will rise since the scout will still learn the area better.

why i can't ask to increase the number of staff member? (there isn't a button for that and i have the same squad :/)

you can ask for more coaching staff or scouting staff from your chairman when you have full staff in coaching or scouting or physios.
