Alternate timeline: Written in 1982 for the Thriller album and recorded before the sessions to Thriller even started around January of that year. It was played for Quincy and he was fine with it, but felt like it wasn't strong enough for the album. He recorded it several different times between 1985-1989 for both his planned Forever and Dangerous album, but was shelved unexpectedly. However, it's on the Dangerous pressing album from 1990, but as an uncompleted demo. It was finally released in 2008 on Thriller 25. Another version of For All Time was planned for Thriller 40, but was ultimately scrapped in favor of Sunset Driver. Znop leaked the demo online on December 10, 2022 after a file was found online contained a unknown CD named FAT. This is what I call spectacular! 🔥🔥🔥
