This movie was very good ,it also shows how rules & laws need to change & as the years go by they do...Iwould recommend this movie to others, it really kept my attention thank you KZbin!! Another good one.

It says 1993 right in the title dear. There was also a wall in the gym that said Go Cougars 1983 which is just about perfect for this storyline.

It sounds far fetched, but in 2 different countries, France and in the UK, social workers tried to convince me to undergo sterilisation so that there would no longer be a risk of me getting pregnant, or getting cancer of the uterus, breast cancer etc. I was a victim of incest, and the way they viewed it, I became 'sexually active' as toddler... so I needed sterilisation as an adult because I must be addicted to sex.

I've never heard of it in the 90's in America, maybe in Institutions because inmates were having babies that were retarded and deformed so the Inmates as they were called, were often sterilized but not in America.

WTF?? I was a factory worker (Cray Research SuperComputers) in the later 90's and none of us were EVER told we had to be sterilized. This sounds like balderbash, (rot).
