Ford 6.0 start then stall problem

New bulletproof oil cooler, cleaned ipr /new o-rings, FICM changed 18 months ago.

icp pressure to low at stall. check the stc fitting on the high prussure oil pump and the dummy plugs in the valve covers

Very obvious. High pressure oil issue. The ICP pressure is dropping every time right before it dies. Depending on year modelit could be Hi pressure pump-Dummy plugs and stand pipes and STC fitting.

My truck would do this the 1st time i started it. only the first time. I replaced my ICP sensor with new from international including pigtail yesterday and this morning it started and ran normal at 18 degrees F outside. no plug in.

Camshaft position sensor is bad possibly maybe crankshaft position sensor, have u checked the fuel system, blue smoke indicated overload and no burn off u could have a ficm software issue

Yeah... there was a tiny piece of the green IPR o-ring UNDER the IPR screen, clogging the orifice. So, cleaned it again and put it back together, and no problems! However, got a new problem with the EBP sensor. Will post new vid...

Did u ever figure out the issue, mines a 2003 and it rough starts in morning and misses til it warms up then runs fine but now it misses all during the day

That's a electrical issue, check your ficm wiring, had one of my vehicles to do that and that's what it was

Yea I had this issue too try changing ur map air flow sensor but also change air intake temp sensor as well

Any news? I just did an egr delete and oil cooler replacement. It took forever to start, then finally cranked over, ran like garbage and killed itself. Now I've been trying for hours and can't get it to kick over...
