How to test for a faulty PCM or bad wire when you have a misfire that’s not the ignition coil or spark plug

if it has resistance going from the pcm to ground isn’t that a good thing? all wire has resistance so i’d like to think it doesn’t tell you much aside from it having continuity. wouldn’t you preform a voltage drop test or smth to check further?

Help! 2010 Ford Edge Limited AWD still getting check engine light even after 6 spark plugs & 6 ignition coils replaced. Throwing codes after 12 miles P0122/P0174/P0205/P0223/P0305/P2110 (under 78K) 1. Would Spark Plug #5 is in the center (2:46)? 2. Would Fuel Injector #5 is above Spark Plug #5? 3. Do you have a site that show a wiring diagram from Spark Plug #5 to PCM's Plug? 4. Can you share me where you send the PCM to, if it's bad? You have shown left side of the Spark Plug (I think it's #4) and Plug to PCM. I couldn't see the pin too well from the video. And if the site repair the PCM for $300, do I need to reprogram anything or is it plug/play? Just helping a person out that has ALS. She just lost her husband.

Did this throw a code? I have a '12 Edge limited 2.0 ecoboost that has a mis or hesitation on light loads around 35 & 45 mph with "No" check engine light & "0" codes even with a EbII & looks like everything is in reasonable tolerances on drive mode on scanner. Plugs & boots are replaced, thought about replacing coil packs?

Try spark plugs and cleaning your throttle body and mass air flow sensor

Need to have a live misfire monitor to see which cylinders are misfiring
