Darryl MN Lol I drive a MK1 regular Focus, not RS. Back in the day it stood out from the crowd and looking back, there was no car like it back then for that money. Can't imagine driving the RS daily.

I have a 2008 Focus ST with 360bhp/420ftlb with full coilovers all round, big brake upgrade, quaiffe diff and sticky tyres and it is ridiculous. There isn't much that can keep with it on the road. Amazing machines

Great review, stands out from the rest and would say its equally if not better quality then ex-top gear. Great production with the music, camera angles, sound. The combination of facts and fun is perfect along with the emotions and experience of the car you express. I would love to visit the ford heritage centre because ford is my favourite car manufacturer as quite a lot of their cars are underestimated by others, my dad has a mk2 Ford Focus St and I love it and no one expects the sort of performance it has... Also the mk2 Ford Focus RS 500 is my dream car that I would own over any other. Great video guys and keep up the good work. 👌

Nice vid guys! Love me some fast Fords. I have a heavily modded '72 Capri and a Mk1 Focus RS. I love my Mk1 with 330bhp and 330 lb/ft stage 3 tune and quite light 1275 kg weight. It's an appreciating car too. I missed out on the RS500 Mk2 but I'm making early inquiries for the new RS "special" that should eventually surface. Hopefully I can grab one this time around.

The Focus RS, for me it was the best FWD drive experience you could ever get. Its too bad to see the FWD focus go tho. And I'm afraid that the AWD version won't be as agile as the FWD one...

The RS500 was my dream car some years ago. Things have changed but it still looks insanely cool, I dont think the successor can live up to that. Am I correct in thinking it is called the "bonkers ford collection"? I only have a focus at the moment but fairly soon I hope to get my first classic ford, probably a mk4 escort xr3 or an RS turbo if I manage to save for long enough. And one day... ONE DAY.. The seating position in my ST-2 is the same (no surprise), and it's the one thing that bothers me the most. It's just to high!! I'm forever reaching down to adjust it lower, only to find its already on its lowest setting! I like the Matt finish..but I would still prefer an original green RS. Gorgeous car!
