All Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicles use a Power Transfer Unit (PTU) to transfer engine motion to the front and rear wheels. In this video I am checking and replacing the PTU oil of 2013 Ford Fusion AWD vehicle.

Great job! Glad to see they added a drain plug to this model. My 2011 edge uses a ford out and they made it with no drain plug. About to tackle that job now and then do my 16 fusion. Thanks for sharing!

Since your car was at an angle (normally add till it come pouring out the fill hole) i would have taken a 2nd bottle and filled it equal to what the dirty oil bottle level was. Then put that bottle of new oil in syringe till its all in the ptu. No guess work.

Thanks for your comment. I filled it until it poured out the fill hole and it was more then what came out...
