@CHAZZ thanks for the video 📹 👍🏻 can get mine done this summer. Any tips on preventing water ingress in the filter if you happen to hit a deep puddle etc?? ...just caution ⚠️ What size are the KODE bolts / washers for the wings and back panel against the bulk head etc? Cheers mate good job

Hiya Martyn, ive had the filter like this for some time and not yet had any issues, mind i dont tent to drive it much over the winter months. The Kode Bolts are m6 and m8 size. I can put links up for you if it helps. Cheers for the comment

@@ChazzCoombes yes I've just seen quite a few members of groups comment about the risk of sucking up water even in heavy rain 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I've been waiting like many for this video for sometime lol ...Nice one 👍 I did go on the KODE site and on ebay..I just didn't know the sizes buddy ....I'm looking for a copper or bronze colour but they don't have that colour ...gold and orange yes .....actually they said they're out of stock of some colours.

I’m worried about water tbh that’s putting me off, I did take the original pipe from behind the grill take the top off it and fitted a st170 scoop so air is forced in with this I have a fairly good intake temp of 15 degrees problem is standing still it rises to around 50 degrees I may build a box to enclose it better but as always great video and thank you for taking the time to show the install process much appreciated 👍🏻 happy new year

Likewise mate, thats sounds like a good idea maybe something i could build a custom box that goes straight in place. That would make a cool video and something else to add to the shop, lol.

@@simongreen7970 its something i always do. Discharge the electrical system before unplugging the air flow sensor. Like with the air bag really.

Happy New Year to you as well Bill. The reason i always do this is to safe gaurd and make sure the electrical system is fully discharged, like you do when you touch the airbag. Just something ive always done.
