I once did around 100mph in my 1.6 Sierra and it felt like the gearstick was going to vibrate off, I am confused how anyone could get it to do 125mph.

I got my 1.8l to do 121 and it was shaking to bits. I revved the bollocks out of it and it only just managed it to 121mph. How this is possible in a 1.6l I don't see it. He's got a bigger engine in it than that. The instrument cluster doesn't even match the 1.6 or 1.8 model. They were used on the 2.0l and above. I want to see the engine before I believe what he's telling me.

I did 121mph in my 1.8l 1989. It was a rusted out shitbox but for what it was it could fly down the motorway for it's age at the time. I'll admit it, it scared the shit out of me.

Развод для школоты. ⛽ На нуле, температура не растёт, да и по разметке скорость 120. 1.6 у него 200 разогнался, шестеренка спидометра от чего вкорячил? А вообще в книгу рекордов гиннеса если 75 лс разогнали 1200 до 200. Для тех кто не понял почему разгон именно от 90,потому что у него когда 90 на спидометр, реально 20

@@georgi8701 коробка не даст. а так если 6 скорость или 5 подлинее была. то смогла. Я на 2.0 EFI по трассе на море троллил новые кредитопомойки. Но пукан подорвало только у Ниссан Кашкай. Правда отвалился от меня после 180км/ч. видать у Кашкая ограничитель )))

So strange.. in the 90s my uncle had a 1990 ford sierra sedan 2.0. And his topspeed was lower than this. We tested it on the autobahn to wintersport vacation. We had a 1991 mazda 626 2.0 sedan en that topspeed was 200 kmh. And my uncle with sierra couldn’t keep up

the 90 spec 2.0 sierra twin cam efi engine hits and 120mph in 4th gear and 130mph in 5th in good Standard state of tune and 135 -140 with exhaust / filter / cams / superchip and the 2.9 v6 4x4s were the same top speed 135 ish never had more than that and had 3 4x4s in the past

@@bencosturbz7755 every year everyone drove in a convoy to our ski vacation. And in Germany there is always a moment that everyone go full power in that time . And i remember that we drove behind him with 200 kmh. And we had to pul up the gas paddle because he didn’t go any faster than 180 190 kmh. Later at a gas station we asked him if he gave everything he said yes. I expected more from the 1990 2.0 Sierra. He couldn’t keep up with 2 mazda 626’s. A 1991 and a 1994 both also 2.0

i now have a transit connect 1.5 deisel 120 bhp 200ftbs and does 120 fully loaded pretty easy ford says 136mp top speed and i rekon would do it empty down hill lol

tal cual, cuando cruza el puente te das cuenta que no va a esa velocidad, como mucho 120 reales... aparte el 2.3 tenía como máximo 186 cuando había salido, el 1.6 (viejo) no creo que pase los 160

200km/h 6000 rpm. Wow. But really this is really slow. I guess for a 1.6 that's Is better than others. Maybe this engine is modified??? A 2.0 Saab would fly away in no time. But that's a quality car not like this ford brand. The Sierra is alright tho.
