Hey y’all. In this video I have this 2020 Ford Transit that’s has a cylinder misfire and EGR code that hasn’t been able to be fixed after the vehicle was repaired at an auto body repair shop. Let’s jump into this video and see if we can fix this issue on this 2020 Transit!!!

@@OzMechanics I worked on a wrecked 15 Tahoe this morning, pulled a ground out to the FPCM , I think more problems will be present, but i am recommending a pig tail to start , today's video will show it..

As easy as you made that look, you still had a painstaking job to repin every wire into the new connector. It's a little disconcerting that the manufacturer didn't sell connectors alone, in a new vehicle!

It was a pain. The part I was more concerned about is, if I accidentally broke a clip of the donor one, that would have been bad. And talking about the connector, I actually couldn’t find one for a transit, because the ones that I did, they wanted to sell the whole wiring harness. So I had to improvise and see what other vehicle had the same pcm as the transit. Luckily it was a 2018 f150, and those are more readily available.

Use a 3 ome resistors in the connectors were the seat was removed to get the airbag light to turn off

yep. always interrogate the owner/driver. it worked before so what happened or what were you doing when it happened. it always works out a lot easier. the clues relieve the blues

My had a misfire ford told me needed a new motor I drove it to them and had to tow it back home after fixing what they broke and lost I got a used ECM flashed it and I been driving for 6 months now
