Thank you Coach.. I have trouble of hitting this shot when my opponent chopped ball back with heavy or little backspin .. It's easier for me to hit a top spin ball.. Hopefully you can do a video on this.. Love your clip

Thank you very much coach for the nice explanation and the clear video. I like this technique a lot because as a left handed player you can play nice angles this way and I can get a lot of points with this. However I have a different problem in case my opponent can get the ball back. I would like to go into a topspin to topspin rally however I don't seem to get the controll I need to play the shot reliably. Is there a good way to exercise topspin to topspin rallies or do I need to know a special technique to play this?

Thank you for your videos, I’ve recently become somewhat obsessed with TT and have no one else near me to learn from. Your videos are extremely helpful. If anyone knows where to pong in MD please let me know!

Coach Me Table Tennis by Eli Baraty NY? 5 hours. I live in Edgewood Maryland. If not a place to find other people to play with, do you know of any Facebook page or some way people get linked up to play?

I love to dummy this turn and drop shot as your opponent is expecting a big shot after the turn 😂 it works.

Feels dangerous at the time but if returned shud pop up for easy smash.

I'm trying to use this shot less and less because my backhand is stronger than my forehand, it requires less physical effort and doesn't force me to move apart from the table, as this shot does. My former coach used to order a lot of exercises using this shot to finish the point and no one using the backhand. Because of that I use this shot by instinct many times where my backhand would be a better option. Bad habit when you have a strong backhand.

Good video.I want to question to you why most strong player backhand from his forehand and what is the benefit?

The problem I see is that when you are way off to the side of the table to walk around your backhand with a forehand you are opening up the entire other side of the table and your opponent can return to the open table with a quick push shot.
@ebatt88034 жыл бұрын
Trikester correct, the aim is to try and make a winner if you turn. Remember Ma Long won the 2018 world championship winning point by turning the corner! You must pick the right moment
