I used to fall asleep to this show everynight. But with you tube now I literally have found every episode of Cold case files narrated by whom I think has the best voice, BILL KURTIS!!! His voice is so soothing to me🙂🙂❤❤❤❤❤ but the voice from forensic files is my second favorite. Btw, Bill kurtis also narrated American justice which I have also made a playlist of ❤❤❤ Seriously, anyone reading this you should try looking up an episode of cold case files. I promise you'll love all if them!!

Bill Kurtis is great but I think I prefer Peter Thomas. They're both better than the Forensic Files II narrator though lol. Thanks for the recommendation. Going to have to check out all the Cold Case Files and American Justice episodes.

I give A LOT of the credit for how good this show is - to the voice over artist i.e. the narrator. He is really really good!

It's largely that but I also love how quick and to the point it is. It's like getting all the drama of a movie squeezed into a 23 minute episode. But rather than having it all fleshed out, it just gives you the concrete details and lets you imagine the rest of what went down to your heart's content.

I've seen every episode of Forensic Files and I can tell you exactly what happens in each one within seconds of the episode starting. I play this show at night to fall asleep. Better than all other crime shows out there. Not a fan of the new season though. The new narrator and the updated cinematography ruins it. There's no replacing Peter Thomas.

But if you want a good one to start with “point of Origin” is a really good one. They mention a book written about what happened called Fire Lover. You can read it for even more details about the case.

Can you tell me the episode in which a guy was in prison for years as the suspect but it wasn't him? He was genuinely mad at the end of the episode.

@@TheAutisticTrucker Was he in prison over a bite mark some dentist wrongfully identified as his? If so it’s “Once Bitten” Season 8 Episode 7. I do remember this guy being angry he was convicted with zero scientific evidence. If not, was the guy Mexican? If so it’s “A Shot in the Dark” Season 7 Episode 9. Although I don’t remember the guy on this episode being angry at the end.

I was addicted to this show. It helped deter me from any kind of murder. I wish they had an episode about the death and resurrection of Christ. It could be an awesome option for Easter.

I not only fall asleep to this, I play it on the TV in every hotel stay and manage to get laid to it... kinda became a thing with the woman and I. Something about in the passionate moment hearing the narrator chillingly say, "then he murdered her in cold blood" 😅
