Mandy's father is such wonderful, loving man. Me and my husband know him personally and it been 32 years since his daughter passed away but you can tell his grief and pain is still very much there. Losing a child in any manner is a permanent scar. I know a few parents who have. Same goes for elderly parents. My grandmother outlived my aunt ( her eldest child) in 1984 and would ask us "why couldn't have been me??".

You just described the liberal half of America where Democrats can't even define what a man or woman is, and think that boys can actually become pregnant and give birth to babies and teach kids that they can become the opposite gender from which they were biologically born, and brainwashing the minds/emotions of innocent children, which is predatory behavior.

Not easy, and traumatic in itself, for children to - as adults - publicly expose a parent who had molested them while growing up. It just makes me furious that these murderers do this just for sexual gratification and they don't want to get caught so child has to die it's not fair. Beneath offenders that get put in jail they get out real quick and then they always reoffend how many unsolved murders are out there. I cannot watch these episodes that involve poor innocent kids. They should have different procedures and different punishment for people who commit crimes against children.

Im sure if the victim's family had one wish, they would not wish that the perpetrator of the crime was a different race. They would wish it never happened in the first place.

We have natives here in Quebec that has blond hair & blue eyes. I even had a student with the reddest hair you can get, while both his parents are very native looking. Probably has some viking blood.

@@nathalie_desrosiers I was watching Amazing Race Canada 8 last summer, they had two Natives who until I was told I thought they were white. One even had blonde hair This is what we call in the world of science convergent evolution, due to having similar selective pressures (cold areas with less sunlight) so they take on similar features such as lighter skin tone The scientific explanation is you get your vitamin D from sunlight and lighter skin requires less vitamin D so it made for better fitness to the environment

I’m sorry, would someone tell me what a “wash” is? I’m not familiar with the term

I believe that in terms of this episode, the water helped remove trace evidence that may have been present on her body, left by the killer, and / or fibers from his vehicle. It was odd to hear the investigator refer to where she was found as 'down in that wash'. It sounds like it's a slang term for creek or river. That's my take on it.

At the start: Investigators were unsure if her disappearance was a grizzly bear, or an abduction. Later: She had been shot to death. I think we can rule out bears.
