This creamy mushroom jelly cake was created in delicious fruit-flavored jelly.
Clear jelly is made with sweet and tangy fruit flavors (Strawberry, Apple, Pineapple, Mango, etc.) You don't have to have color in the jelly to accomplish great, refreshing flavor!
The shapes are made from milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, gelatin and food color (optional).

That's cool. I did something kind of like that in HS for a project in biology. We had to make a model of a cell. I decided to do it with gelatin. First I tried it with different candies representing the organelles, but the candies bled out their coloring into the gelatin. Had to start all over and used different vegetables, fruits, and even spaghetti noodles to represent the organelles. I thought it turned out amazingly. Expected a way better grade for my creativity, but my teacher was apparently not as impressed as I was. This was mid 90's, so cool ideas like this cake didn't really exist on the internet yet.
