Is the base of the building then sealed with no ventilation holes? I guess it wouldn´t need it for how you are doining the floor? Did you keep the old floor boards to put back? Looking forward to the next one!

@@somethingfromk6816 thanks for your feedback- much appreciated. Will mute the music when I speak …. I forgot 🫣. We have foam glass as a base, then Hunton insulation, then there will be floorboards. The whole log structure breathes and the material we are using supports that - no airtight material used. We have repurposed some of the old flooring for an interior decking (for our caravan - where we are currently living). The other boards were not great, but we will reuse them for our summer rooms in our barn. Glad you are enjoying…we are learning so much !
