Looking for a pushup that will not only help to build you chest and triceps, but also work out your abs and legs also, check out this variation of push-up, often referred to as the Mike Tyson Push-up.
This pushup variation will help build strength and endurance!

Hey I love your videos, I wanted to ask you a question since I can’t seem to find any one who can, I have a calorie deficit of 1200 and I’ve began walking 22k a day and I plan to continue everyday, what I want to know is if I keep this going will I lose belly fat or very little, I ask because some articles videos say it burns little belly fat and some say it does a lot overtime. I plan to walk 22k everyday for atleast the next 13 weeks along side my calorie deficit, I just would like to know if I would lose the belly fat just by doing my walking or if I will see little to no difference. I’d really appreciate it if you could answer this for me.

I don’t have a set routine where I do the same exercises at the moment. I got some adjustable dumbbells so I have been trying a lot of different exercises with them lately. But I have doing doing a ton of dips, rows, push-ups and shrugs lately

These are legit. I began doing them a few days ago and they leave me dusted. I'm currently doing 4x25 but I want to do 100 in one set. I feel them mostly in my shoulders, but not just the front delts, I feel the whole shoulders. Triceps and quads get hit too. I'm starting to believe that these pushups plus my regular chinups and squats are all I need for a kickass full body workout.

Another variation instead of having your feet against the wall is to do a downward facing dog after you complete the pushup. If you concentrate on exhaling on the pushup portion and inhaling on the downward dog portion you can really get in to a rhythm going slow and controlled and get a lot of stretching benefits out of the exercise.
