@@sladewright5779 if they bring in either one of the gardevoirs after their non ex mewtwo dies, they can put 3 energy onto the garde (2 via ability and 1 from the energy per turn). This way they can deal 60 damage to the blastoise, Nina can 1 shot the gardevoir to get 2 total prize points, 1 from the mewtwo earlier and one from the garde but then mewtwo kills blastoise EX for 2 prize points to win the game. If blastoise retreats after the garde hits it I think nina is still in a very harsh losing position.

I really think that Snorlax is a trap because if you put him on board and you run into Hitmonlee or Zebstrika you are pretty much doomed. I guess to be a viable tank, he will have to wait for Leaf on the next extension.

Nice deck! I tried it too today, every Misty coins I flipped were tails, faced only weezing or greninja players, Kanga kept rolling 2 tails, great experience! Almost threw my cellphone at the wall... Oh yea, since I was testing I endured this suffering for 20 matches, I lost all of them cause of coin flips

Try using Frosmoth. He can sleep your op, plus his weakness is not Lightning, but Steel! So it’s pretty useful to have something that can resist a couple of lightning attacks in a water deck.

@@RobotnikPlngasArticuno has 10 HP more but needs 1 more energy. Frosmoth is stage one while Articuno is a basic. I guess things even out in a way so it’s a matter of preference in the end.

For me this deck problem is when u try to build blastoise and enemy has one hitter on active and one waiting bench i mostly losee. Auto lose against charizard and alakazam i hope they fix water design i want this bad boy much more effective

sometimes luck streaks happen, ive gone days with 15+ wins 0 losses on mewtwo and then the next day my hands get so bricked i cant even pull my basics going 40-50% wr, same on my marowak deck, i can win 7 games in a row and then have trouble pulling the evolutions every match after, there was even 3 matches were my 2 marowak ex got stucked in last 4 cards and the games were right after the other is insane

There is a big problem, that doesn't allow blastoise deck to almost never beat charizards ex decks. Blastoise ex decks doesn't have a way to knockout moltres ex, and if you use blastoise to knock out moltres, charizard one shots you. The only real attacker in blastoise decks it's blastoise, that's the problem.

snorlax is literally a wall, for both player, retreat cost is too high, smarter opponent will have all day to set up

Problem is here, u play that Snorlax to Power up extremly strong Pokémon. If you let your opponent let them search for everything and you do nothing against Snorlax, it's often GG. I play Venu with Snorlax and got a lot of ppl that think "okay i build my own stuff on line now thank you" in the end i sit there with 2 Venus Full of energy togheter with 2 Potions and 2 Erikas You want to Sabrina the Pokémon like Snorlax and Kanga out, then your good in slowing down the Snorlax players (they will retreat and dont fight back)

I defeated 1 blastoise yesterday using articuno the downside of blastoise is it needs 2 evolution during that time you can build your hand meanwhile Charizard Ex has moltres which can spam coins and has higher success rate than Misty 60/40 tails

Im pretty sure the packs are predetermined, but the picks are legit. Also I've done very well on wonder picks. I've gotten 2 Greninja, 2 Venusaur, 2 Gengar, and an Arcanine(not from event) off the top of my head.

Yes it’s bad. The reason “baby” Mewtwo (the no ex version) is used in these kind of decks is because he’s still relatively cheap to retreat. With Snorlax you’re basically stuck with him in your active spot and your opponent can actually use that for their advantage since you’re probably not gonna attack with him, so your opponent is as safe as you, powering their own Mewtwo ex, Charizard ex or whatever they have, until they can one-shot you.

tbf at current stage of the game, where everyone's done with the pvp event and trying off meta deck, you can win with anything. I mean I just got 5-0 with kabutops/wigglytuff and 9-1 with kabutops/machamp. the perfect time for tcgp youtuber to make videos

Unreal. I opened 190 mewtwo packs and attempted 8 wonderpicks for articuno EX and got 0 Its literally the first card in the game i said i wanted and still cant play it. Only card missing btw (I however have 9 venusaur ex, obviously)

Blastoise against mewtwo is chef kiss, steamrolled two mewtwo decks with gardevoir, watch them regretting their decisions once they let me evolve to blastoise ex and misty's coin flip luck to max energy, dealt more 160 damage which is enough to take down mewtwo while tanking hits 😂

not really, since you can just hide the Blastoise and then 1 shot the Alakazam, it just depends on who attacks who they both 1 shot each other not really a counter
