I've always wanted to build a katana and I finally had a reason to make one. Pairing it up with inspiration from the Demon Slayer series was the chef kiss. I knew exactly which sword I wanted to make: Type Zero.
This build was burdened with obstacles. I had never made 90% of the things required to make it. There were so many things to learn and because of that, it took me about a month to construct.

It depends on your ferric/h2o, but I did four 15 minute cycles.

I used two different types of clay. The first started to pull away from the steel when it dried. So, I added a more fluid clay to fill in the pesky gaps.

That is Yoriichi, the leader of all Demon Slayers WHO IS THE ONLY CAPABLE OF SUN BREATHING. And yes, the swordsmith haven’t named because NEVER BEEN figure it by lore… Even me, i never getting crack the theory of this one. More over, Yoriichi’s Katana WAS THAT STRONG, enough to kill Muzan like it was nothing.

it's not a perfect katana,where is the bend ? The curvature of a katana is called sori in Japanese and is approximately 1.5 cm. The curve on a katana is so slight that it's considered more similar to a straight blade than a curved blade. A good curvature is usually between 1/2 to 1", with a maximum curvature of about 1.25" to 1.5". A sword with too much curvature can actually cause the tip to become warped when it touches the target.
