Wow now that's a two-handed sword! I can only dream of having the skill to make a piece of steel end up that straight. I can barely cut wood that straight. As always, your ability to grind a straight line amaze me. mmYour intros and production are improving with every video, and you started with grade A. Great video, great sword. Illustrates technical challenges caused by the size of the blade and their crreative resolution (but climbing the ladder with red-hot 2,5 meter blade is not a good or safe practice for craftsman, that's what the apprentices are for :) ). However your version is of much better quality than the original, since the prototype sword was not intended for combat: it was made exclusively for sword bearing religious processions in early 15 century and was associated with Grutte Pier much later, probably in 17 century.
