It's called severe depression. And it doesn't matter how wealthy, talented, accomplished or worshipped you are. If it strikes you, it slowly drains every little drop of hope out of you. Impossible for most people even to attempt to fathom what was going through his head during his final days.

In the Castle of Glass, Somewhere you belong to, you Leave out all the rest. It’s the Catalyst, From the inside you were Crawling One step closer to Breaking the habit but got Paper cut, you wanted to Runaway but too Numb and Faint, you just let it Bleed it out and Waiting for the end. The Messenger had gone to Empty Spaces. Wisdom, Justice and Love are Burning in the skies. You have Given up, but In the End it doesn’t even matter. Thanks Chester for those great memories, you won't be Forgotten. For What You've Done, I found A place for my head.

+Sierra Rayne Yeah, you are right. It is not so easy. All of us had to find a way to music like this song is. But when kids choose their favourite music/genre and they hear everywhere that shitty mainstream music they just fall in that and listen to it. when you turn on a radio you hear on most of the stations bad music. also in TV and even on KZbin. if you are not logged on your acc what do u see on your mainpage? shitty mainstream pop/rap/something. it is not mystery that everyone listens to this kind of music when it is everywhere around us. it is a shame cos there are still many cool bands who deserve to be on top of the charts instead of Taylor Swift. excuse some grammar mistakes if you find them please, I am not from english speaking country.

From the top to the bottom Bottom to top I stop At the core I’ve forgotten In the middle of my thoughts Taken far from my safety The picture is there The memory won’t escape me But why should I care There’s a place so dark you can’t see the end Skies cock back and shock that which can’t defend The rain then sends dripping / an acidic question Forcefully, the power of suggestion Then with the eyes shut / looking thought the rust and rot And dust / a small spot of light floods the floor And pours over the rusted world of pretend The eyes ease open and its dark again In the memory you’ll find me Eyes burning up The darkness holding me tightly Until the sun rises up Moving all around / screaming of the ups and downs Pollution manifested in perpetual sound The wheels go round and the sunset creeps behind Street lamps, chain-link and concrete A little piece of paper with a picture drawn floats On down the street till the wind is gone The memory now is like the picture was then When the paper’s crumpled up it can’t be perfect again In the memory you’ll find me Eyes burning up The darkness holding me tightly Until the sun rises up Now you got me caught in the act You bring the thought back I’m telling you that I see it right through you [x7] In the memory you’ll find me Eyes burning up The darkness holding me tightly Until the sun rises up [x2]

10 years ago when I first discovered youTube one of the first videos I happened upon was a DBZ AMV with Future Trunks using this song. In my house, nobody listened to music like this; my parents listened to classic rock, my one brother was a jazz fan, and my other brother was a fan of lighter alt-rock. Not that their music sucked or anything, but I had never heard anything like this before; I thought it was full-on heavy metal at first. Anyway, that video and this song both made me curious enough to look into this band, making them pretty much the first band I had legitimately gotten into on my own. RIP, Chester. We will remember you for the real music that you and the band helped create to help a lot of young teens find solace when they were troubled. No matter how many whiny 14 year-olds would quote lyrics like this on social media and make you guys look bad, that doesn't detract from how the real fans will view you. It is because of this band I got into other bands like Starset, Breaking Benjamin, Skillet, Evanescence, Avenged Sevenfold, etc. Rock out in the next life, we will miss you.

I haven't heard this song in well over 6 or 7 years. randomly the chorus came into mind a few minutes ago but I couldn't remember the song so I Googled it. when I hit the play button every lyric and inflection just flooded back to me and I was able to sing along. That's some serious nostalgia.
