Im Thinking the castle would have a better purpose or use, to make it in luxurious spa or retreats, museums there are a lot of that, and the costs for the taxpayers, of repairing and restoring will be huge, maintaining, not very capitalistic, i would make sure that the public can enjoy the castle instead of making it into monument
