Dissimilar formation is tough enough from inside the plane and prop to jet even tougher. Well done.

Definitely a challenge. Thanks Mike!

Nice effort, guys. Formation is tough! 👍🏻🙂 Matched planes would make it easier.

Thanks Randy! Just a couple videos away from that 😉

Be very careful with cosair on 8s. I did the same to mine. Blew the hub and that's an understatement. It BLEW UP. I re did the whole prop assembly and it took a minute but the whole prop assembly i re did in aluminum. What is didnt change were the props and that was my downfall. The props literally ripped out of hub. I should have gone for a kevlar/carbon fiber composite. Other than that it was amazing i flew it that way for about 4 months with about 3 dozen flights.

If i could load pics i would show you the hub. But like i said it literally blew up and the front quarter of the plane went another 200ft down the runway. I was doing a high speed pass and it blew pretty much in front of me about 20ft away. The front quarter took with it both batteries and the receiver while i watched the rest of the fuse just quite literally flutter like a leaf down to the ground....😅...yea i was laughing when it happened. But man i really loved that plane and they discontinued it 😢. Anyway like you're guys vids and its nice to see young people in the hobby.

Holy crap! Thank you! Actually not the first time I’ve heard about that happening. I’ll take a look and upgrade the prop before spring. Thank you very much!

@KB_RC All I did was put a Hobbyking 120amp esc and programmed it to high. I ran the numbers and rolled the dice because I thought the stock props were thick enough (WRONG). The problem is that at higher rpm, the props start to oscillate (wave). So you need a stiffer prop and just a little less aggressive pitch. 18x10 or 18x9. Good luck and safe flying.
